WHO WE ARE

L/R: James Foushee - Bryce Wilson - Jacob Finerty

The concept of Be The Change (BTC) was born from a bold decision to transition into the nonprofit sector. While operating under Peace & Love TTW, LLC., we encountered challenges in forming partnerships, collaborations, and accessing vital resources. These obstacles fueled our determination to create a new organization.

Guided by our core values of C.H.A.N.G.E: Community, Hope, Adaptability, New Beginnings, Growth, and Empowerment, our journey took a transformative turn. Through prayer and perseverance, we formed a powerful partnership with The Nonprofit University. With their invaluable guidance, Be The Change, Inc. was officially established on July 11th, 2023.

At the core of our organization lies a simple yet profound vision: we generate change by being it. Our mission is to lead by example, offering essential services and resources. We support young adults and individuals experiencing homelessness, aiming to cultivate resilient leaders who embody and inspire positive change.

Through this organization, we believe we have to be the change we want to see!

OUR APPROACH

Our organization is committed to working with fellow non-profits to achieve our mission. Partnering with StreetWise Georgia, we receive food supplies to prepare and distribute hot meals. Our focus is on serving the homeless population in prominent areas throughout Atlanta.

Also, through our partnership with The Salvation Army, we strive to offer vital support and assistance to individuals in transitional phases of life. Our ultimate goal is to empower both groups to navigate their journey toward independence and self-sufficiency with confidence and resilience. We plan on achieving this goal through:

Meeting Basic Needs

Providing assistance with food, clothing, hygiene kits, and spiritually uplift those in crisis.

Collaborative Community Engagement

We work with communities to address needs, partnering with local organizations for positive change.

Sharing Personal Experiences

Our personal story has the power to heal, inspire and connect with others.

Efficient Food Acquisition

We gather donations from food-related businesses, retailers, and nonprofits.

Seamless Meal Distribution

We cook and deliver hot meals to Atlanta's homeless population and shelters.

Profound Biblical Wisdom

We provide practical and spiritual uplift rooted in our Christian faith and values.

Exemplary Volunteerism-

Volunteers drive our mission, offering assistance and leadership.
